Each of these opens an email with a subject line and a short template already in it. Delete anything that does not apply.
What is useful to include
Not a specification. Just enough to tell whether there is a job in it: roughly where, roughly what, roughly when, and whether there is a budget or you are still working out whether to chase one. Either answer is fine.
If it is a route or a site, a grid reference or a postcode saves a lot of back and forth.
Direct
We are a small company, so messages get read by the person who would do the work rather than by an inbox monitor. Expect a reply within a couple of working days. If it is longer than that, we are probably on a hill.
Welsh or English, whichever you prefer. It makes no difference at our end.
